Today, a small and cozy boutique Flirt boasts a number of loyal clients, who in the most part are local residents between the ages of 30 to 65 years old. The shop has been designed using warm, light colors with wooden interiors and soft illumination, aimed at presenting the collections in the best light. Beach and knitwear are displayed in the closet, while corsetry and swimwear are hung on the walls or dressed on the mannequins. A small sitting area with a leather sofa, armchair and glass table has been placed in the center of the sales area, this is where clients can relax with a cup of tea, coffee or glass of champagne for special occasions. Potted plants also create a cozy atmosphere in the store. The clients can try on items of lingerie in two fitting rooms, and three sales assistants, led by the owner of the boutique, Irina Chernega, help customers navigate the rich constellation of European brands. There’s a varied and frequently updated offering of premium lingerie, swimwear, beachwear, knitwear, loungewear and legwear brands. In order to maintain customer loyalty and attract new clients the store organizes events, offers gifts, informs customers about the new collections via SMS, accounts in VKontakte, Facebook and Instagram and through advertisements in glossy magazines. There are additional services such as discount cards, gift certificates and alterations for customers.
