Shanghai-based architects Neri + Hu created a harmonious and balanced shopping environment, where each section maintains a strong identity, yet a consistent color palette unites the entire floor. In terms of customer service, the Fit Studio ensures that 100 per cent of its customers leave with perfectly fitting lingerie, as the department's Fit Experts are trained to help customers navigate complex, and often confusing, bra-sizing systems. The space is outfitted with 20 spacious, custom-lit changing rooms, as well as eight private fitting rooms.
